Online Sales Agreement – Nova Technology Tide SRL

A – Acceptance of General Conditions

The contract concluded between Nova Technology Tide SRL and the Customer is deemed finalized upon acceptance, even partial, of the order by Nova Technology Tide SRL.
Such acceptance is considered implicit unless otherwise communicated to the Customer.
By placing an order on the website www.novatechnologytide.com, the Customer declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted these general terms and conditions of sale and payment.

The Customer is required to print and keep a copy of the general conditions and the product specifications, in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

It is strictly prohibited to provide false or third-party data during registration. Nova Technology Tide SRL reserves the right to take legal action in case of abuse.
For the first order, the company may verify the data provided by contacting the Customer by phone. The order will be processed only after verification, without delays for orders paid via bank transfer already confirmed by the bank.

Nova Technology Tide SRL shall not be liable for any damages or delays resulting from non-acceptance or non-fulfilment of the order, and the Customer shall not be entitled to claim compensation.

B – Purchase Procedure

The only products available for purchase are those displayed on the website www.novatechnologytide.com at the time of the order, as described in the respective technical sheets.
Product information may be subject to modifications based on manufacturer updates.

By submitting the order, the Customer sends a purchase proposal to Nova Technology Tide SRL. An automatic email will confirm receipt of the order; however, this confirmation does not constitute acceptance.

Final acceptance of the order is at the sole discretion of Nova Technology Tide SRL, which will inform the Customer by email in case of rejection.

All prices shown on the website include VAT and may be changed at any time without prior notice.
Stock availability is updated periodically (every 3–6 hours). If a product is out of stock, the Customer may request to be notified by email once it becomes available again.
Orders are shipped only when all purchased items are available (no partial shipments are made).

C – Order Cancellation

The Customer may cancel the order within 48 hours of submission by sending an email to business@novatechnologytide.com or by calling +39 3601000792.
After this period, cancellation is subject to the approval of Nova Technology Tide SRL.

D – Payment Methods

Payments are processed through the PayPal Business network.

E – Order Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are handed over to the courier within 2–7 business days from receipt (or from payment confirmation in the case of bank transfers).
Average delivery times: within 14 days.

F – Delivery

Shipments are made via express courier, on business days between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Upon delivery, the Customer must check the integrity and accuracy of the packages. In case of anomalies, the Customer must refuse the package and report it immediately.
Partial shipments or pick-ups at courier depots are not available.

G – Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated by the system based on the selected products and payment method.
All shipments are insured.

H – Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Code.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an email to business@novatechnologytide.com and return the product (undamaged and with all accessories) to:

Refunds will be issued within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method originally selected by the Customer.

I – Warranty

All products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty against conformity defects, in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005, in addition to the manufacturer’s conventional warranty.
The warranty applies exclusively to private consumers.

In case of defect, Nova Technology Tide SRL will repair, replace, or refund the product, in compliance with applicable law.
